PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the floating of a cable that is inserted through a connecting portion while miniaturizing the connecting portion for connecting a first housing and a second housing constituting a mobile terminal, and to fix the cable to the connecting portion by adjusting the excessive length of the cable. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal includes the first housing, the second housing, the connecting portion for connecting the first and second housings turnably and forming by a bearing portion holding a shaft having a hollow part rotatably, and the cable that is inserted through the shaft, wherein the connecting portion includes a fixing part that holds the cable inserted through the hollow part of the shaft member, and the fixing part includes a notch part having width smaller than the diameter of the cable to sandwich the cable, and a hooking part having width narrower than the narrowest width of the notch to prevent the cable sandwiched in the notch part from coming off.
