PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair with a shelf, applicable to baggage of a wide range of size. SOLUTION: A chair body C of the chair with the shelf can be stored in such a stored state as stacked in the vertical direction on another chair body C of the same structure. In the chair body C, a shelf board 4 forming a baggage mounting surface 4a, on which baggage can be mounted at a baggage mounting position (P) below a seat part 2 to be seated when the chair body C, released from the stored state, is in a use state, is supported by a slide supporting mechanism Y for supporting the shelf board movably from the baggage mounting position (P) to an attached position (Q) attached to the lower side of the seat part 2, and a positioning mechanism X capable of positioning the shelf board 4 at the attached position (Q).
