PURPOSE: An unpowered mixing device for water treatment agents is provided to reduce the cost required for the operation and maintenance by inserting a mixing member inside the housing of water treatment agents. CONSTITUTION: An unpowered mixing device for water treatment agents comprises a housing(2), water treatment agent injection pipe(5), a member(6) for fluid mixing, a horizontal mixing block and a combined groove. In the housing, an inflow end(3) in which the raw water flows in is formed to the front-end and an outflow end(4) is formed in the rear-end. The water treatment agent injection pipe faces the outflow end. The mixing member is inserted so that the water treatment agent is mixed with raw water. The horizontal mixing block has a combined groove.
