PURPOSE: A water storage device for reducing underground water buoyancy is provided to reduce buoyancy by flowing underground water into the device even if buoyancy is generated depending on an underground water change. CONSTITUTION: A water storage device for reducing underground water buoyancy comprises a water storage tank(10), a bottom buoyancy control member(20), and side buoyancy control members(30). The water storage tank is filled with water. The bottom buoyancy control member penetrates through the bottom of the water storage tank and allows underground water to flow in. The side buoyancy control members penetrate through the side surfaces of the water storage tank. The side buoyancy control members allow underground water to flow in and prevent the underground water to be discharged to the outside.
