<p>The screw has two regions forming a screw shank and screw head, respectively. The screw head has a tool retainer for engaging a turning tool (20) e.g. screwdriver and screw-bit, and comprising a tool retaining chamber defined by two front sides and a side wall. A recess i.e. undercut, for engaging the turning tool is sectionally provided in the side wall of the chamber and is conically tapered or rounded in its depth. The recess is formed as slot, opening or groove that is arranged parallel to a plane perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the screw. An independent claim is also included for a turning tool for turning a screw.</p> |
