PURPOSE: An insulated connecting adaptor for an underground transmission line is provided to prevent an accident due to an electric short. CONSTITUTION: An adapter body(100) comprises a first body unit(110) and a second body unit(120). The first body unit comprises a joint groove(111) and a connection hole(112). The joint groove is formed along the longitudinal direction. The second body unit comprises a joint part(121) and a pressurization stick(122). The joint part is extended along the longitudinal direction and connected to the joint groove. The pressurization stick is extended along the longitudinal direction and inserted into the connection hole.
