PURPOSE: A horizontal bar is provided to enable a user to do barbell exercise and dumbbell exercise in one horizontal bar. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal bar is constituted as follows. A horizontal bar(2) is installed between both pillars(1). A linkage(3) is installed in a post and a return unit and the horizontal bar are installed in one end of the linkage. The linkage comprises a crank(31) and a connecting rod(35). The crank is equipped with a weight(4) and a rotary drum(312). In the connecting rod, the rotary drum is pivotally combined and the horizontal bar is installed in the other end thereof.
