PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unevenness of heating when steam cooking is performed by using steam at approximately 90°C. SOLUTION: In a "steam heating mode", operation for turning off a circulation fan 19 to blow out saturated steam from a nozzle of a steam introduction pipe 21 to a heating chamber 11 side and operation for turning on the circulation fan 19 to blow out saturated steam from a first superheated steam blowout port 27 and a second superheated steam blowout port 28 to inside of the heating chamber 11 via a circulation unit 16, a superheated steam generating device 13 and a superheated steam supply passage 26 are repeated. Blowing of superheated steam to a container 34 installed in the vicinity of the nozzle of the steam introduction pipe 21 and blowing of superheated steam to a container 34 installed on the side opposite to the nozzle are performed alternately. Thus, the unevenness of heating generated between the container 34 installed in the vicinity of the nozzle and the container 34 installed in the position separated from the nozzle can be suppressed. As a result, during steam cooking using eggs, deterioration of finish at a high temperature near 100°C and a low temperature below 90°C can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
