PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a right eye image and a left eye image which can be moderately three-dimensionally recognized by a viewer even in the case of a still image.

SOLUTION: An image generation device for generating still images and moving images for presenting right eye images to be viewed by a viewer's right eye and left eye images to be viewed by a viewer's left eye includes: a moving image generation unit in which differences between positions of correspondence points of a corresponding object on a display screen are made different only by first deviation between a right eye image and left eye image to generate a moving image and a still image generation unit in which differences between positions of correspondence points of a corresponding object on the display screen are made different between a right eye image and a left eye image only by second deviation smaller than the first deviation to generate a still image.
