PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry in/out a heat exchanger through a narrow opening by easily inclining the heat exchanger when hoisting without requiring special equipment and substantially remodeling a standing crane. SOLUTION: Two main wires 13 are attached to a crane 20, and the main wires 13 are attached to a heater 100 through a hanging fitting 16 and a base fitting 15. Since a hole formed at the substantial center of a base fitting 15 almost coincides with the center of a gravity position in a longitudinal direction, the two main wires 13 are attached to the heater 100 so as to oppose to each other with the center of the gravity position of the heater 100 between. Since the main wires 13 receive the load of the heater 100 when hoisting, the length of a sub-wire 14 can be changed by a small force. Since the hanging fitting 16 is rotatably attached along the surface of the base fitting 15, the heater 100 is rotated around the position of the hole on the base fitting 15 by adjusting the length of the sub-wire 14, and thereby the heater 100 can be inclined.
