<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual field failure self-diagnosing chart for allowing a subject to perform self-diagnosis such that the subject performs operation by himself/herself to very easily detect failure or normality of the visual field of his/her eye just by using one print sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The visual field failure self-diagnosing chart is characterized in that: a fixation point 2 is printed and formed at the almost central part of at least one surface of an opaque or translucent sheet 1; a blind spot confirmation figure 3 is printed and formed on at least one side of the fixation point 2; and at least one inspection visual target 7 is printed and formed on an area other than an area sectioned by a circumference 5-1 when a point 5 on the inner side of a blind spot area 4 including the blind spot confirmation figure 3 is rotated by 360° centering on the fixation point 2 and a circumference 6-1 when a point 6 on the outer side of the blind spot confirmation area 4 is rotated by 360°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
