PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage assist device of a vehicle seat, which reduces a rotational operation force of the seat in both of a using operation and a storing operation and easily adjusts the rotational operation force of the seat. SOLUTION: A link member 40 including a support member 30 for journaling the rotary shaft 12 fixed to a seat cushion, a fixed part 41 fixed to the rotary shaft 12 and an engaging part 42 provided while being separated in a direction substantially orthogonal to the shaft direction of the rotary shaft 12 from the fixed part 41, and a fixing member 50 arranged at a position separated from the rotary shaft 12 by a prescribed distance are provided on a vehicle body floor 4 side. An urging spring 60 is tensely mounted between the engaging part 42 of the link member 40 and the fixing member 41. A link member 12 is fixed to the rotary shaft 12 in a direction in which the whole length of the urging spring 60 becomes the shortest, when the center G of gravity of the seat S is located on a vertical surface X including the rotary shaft 12.
