PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof actuator capable of maintaining initial vibration-proof performance over a long term. SOLUTION: The vibration-proof actuator (10) which prevents image blur by translationally moving an image blur preventing lens (16) centering a prescribed control center position includes: a fixed part (12) including a fixed part plane part (12b); a movable part (14) including a movable part plane part (14b) and configured to attach the image blur preventing lens thereto; three spherical bodies (18) held between the fixed part plane part and the movable part plane part; driving means (20 and 22) driving the movable part; and a control means (36) controlling the driving means to move the image blur preventing lens to stabilize the image. The control means has an offset setting means (37) offsetting the control center position so as to change a contact position of the spherical bodies with the fixed part plane part or the movable part plane part.
