The present invention relates to rotary plate-type twist stepper for waist exercise, comprising: an X-shaped base frame (100) formed by curved pipes which face each other and which are firmly mounted on an indoor or outdoor floor; footholds (200), each of which is formed into a rotatable disk shape, and each of which has a horizontal guide arm (220) with rollers (224) arranged at the front and back thereof, wherein the footholds (200) are arranged symmetrically with each other such that a user puts the feet thereof on the respective footholds (200) to perform a walking exercise and a waist exercise; resilient members (300) which are symmetrically arranged on the same line at which the left and right upper surfaces of the base frame (100) and the lower surfaces of the footholds (200) face each other, such that the resilient members (300) repeat contraction-relaxation in a vertical direction in accordance with the left or right concentration of the weight of the user and resilient force during the walking exercise of the user; fixing and releasing members (400) arranged beneath the base frame (100) to firmly fix the resilient members (300) between the base frame (100) and the footholds (200) such that the resilient members (300) repeat contraction-relaxation in accordance with the walking exercise of the user, wherein the fixing and releasing members (400) are arranged to enable easy replacement of the resilient members (300); and a center guide member (500) which protrudes from the center of the upper surface of the base frame (100), and to which the horizontal guide arms (220) of the footholds (200) are slidingly coupled to enable the footholds (200) to be horizontally retained when the user puts the feet thereof on the respective footholds (200). |
