<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrophoretic gel cassette capable of horizontally forming the interface of a separation gel and a concentrated gel both of which constitute first and second gels. <P>SOLUTION: After the electrophoretic gel cassette (1), having a lower edge face sealing tape (2) pasted on the lower edge face thereof is filled with a separation gel solution (3) as the first gel, the electrophoretic gel cassette is applied to the rotary device (4) of a centrifugal separator, or the like, without stratifying an aqueous solvent to thereby horizontally form the interface (5) of the filled separation gel solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
