<p>Laser beams of different wavelengths are radiated from a wavelength-tunable laser (10) into the anterior chamber (21) of a human eye, said anterior chamber (21) containing the protein molecules albumin and globulin. The scattered light from the protein molecules is received by a detector (8), and an autocorrelation function of the scattered light signal is determined by a correlator (9). A computation unit (11) computes the concentration of albumin and globulin or the ratio thereof on the basis of the autocorrelation function of the scattered light signal of the albumin and globulin each irradiated by a laser beam of a different wavelength. By means of this configuration, it is possible to reliably and non-invasively/contactlessly measure the concentration of albumin and globulin or the ratio thereof.</p> |
