PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a film using a recycled PET resin flake or pellet with improved reliability. SOLUTION: The recycled pellet is produced by conducting vacuum venting when kneading (1) 27 wt.% recycled PET resin flake, (2) 10 wt.% metallocene-based straight-chain low-density polyethylene resin, (3) 60 wt.% general-purpose low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and (4) 3 wt.% compatibilizer (ethylene copolymer or glycidyl methacrylate (GMA)) in a biaxial kneader 4. The film is produced by inflating the recycled pellet at a resin melting temperature of 165-180°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
