PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin composition suitable for a wire-coating material by improving the electric insulation property, the copper pollution property and the heat aging property of the vinyl chloride-based resin composition. SOLUTION: The composition includes with respect to 100 pts.mass of a vinyl chloride-based resin, 0.001-5 pts.mass of a 1,2,3-benzotriazole compound, whose benzene ring may be substituted by a halogen atom, a hydroxy group, a nitro group, a carboxyl group, an alkyl group, an alkoxy carbonyl group or an alkanoyl amino group, and 0.001-5 pts.mass of a phenolic antioxidant represented by general formula (II), (wherein R is a 1C-30C alkyl group branched and/or having optionally a cycloalkyl group, a 2-30C alkenyl group, a 3C-12C cycloalkyl group, which may have a substituent, or a 6C-18C aryl group, which may have a substituent).
