摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ceramic material composition that shows high flexural strength and high reflectance, has low crystallization rate of a glass phase and is intended for use in a low-temperature firing glass ceramic substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic material composition comprises from 20 to 50 mass% borosilicate glass powder, from 25 to 55 mass% alumina filler powder and from 10 to 45 mass% filler powder having a high refractive index, wherein the borosilicate glass powder comprises, as calculated as oxides, from 30 to 70 mass% SiO<SB>2</SB>, from 5 to 28 mass% B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, from 5 to 30 mass% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, from 3 to 35 mass% CaO, from 0 to 25 mass% SrO, from 0 to 25 mass% BaO, from 0 to 10 mass% Na<SB>2</SB>O, from 0 to 10 mass% K<SB>2</SB>O, from 0.5 to 10 mass% Na<SB>2</SB>O+K<SB>2</SB>O, from 5 to 40 mass% CaO+SrO+BaO and from 105 to 165 mass% 3B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>+2(CaO+SrO+BaO)+10(Na<SB>2</SB>O+K<SB>2</SB>O). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
