PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed compressor arranged so that the pressure in its dome is made higher than conventional ones by compressing a gas such as carbon dioxide to a super-critical pressure, allowing execution of resistance welding without keeping accurately the alignment of a terminal fixing hole with a terminal body and capable of enhancing the productivity. SOLUTION: The sealed compressor is structured so that a circumferential projection deformable with a pressing force of an upper and lower electrodes when a resistance welding is conducted is provided at the contacting surfaces of the terminal fixing hole 12a and the terminal body 41 with each other, which prevents degrading of the welding strength caused by misalignment of the terminal fixing hole 12a with the terminal body 41 when resistance welding is conducted.
