The invention relates to electronic networks, in particular to mobile networks, and can be used for constructing an electronic search and payment system for information, goods and services. The system is based on the provision of mutual guarantees for producing a desired result for the buyer and the seller when conducting reciprocal payments. At the time an application is made for receiving information, goods or services, the buyer declares the cost thereof and an amount is then blocked in the virtual wallet of said buyer in accordance with the cost and any fees. An insurance amount, depending on the cost of the goods, information or services and relevant fees, is also blocked in the mobile wallet of the executor or seller responsible for performing the services or the sale of goods or information. When the obligations have been mutually fulfilled, the insurance amounts automatically cancel each other out.
