<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device and a display device incorporating touch sensors, and electronic equipment, capable of suppressing degradation in display quality while improving an aperture ratio. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display device, a liquid crystal layer is put in between a pixel substrate and an opposing substrate, which are arranged facing each other. Gap control parts G1 for controlling a gap between substrates is separately arranged in the substrates. Each gap control part G1 is constituted with a plurality of spacers 31. Even if height of a part of the spacers 31 in each gap control part G1 is shifted from a desired height, due to manufacturing process of the spacer 31 and a surface condition of the substrate, a desired gap is assured by supporting the opposing substrate by the surrounding spacers 31 in each gap control part G1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
