FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared; oyster plant is cut, dried (together with orange refuses) in microwave field at preset process parametres. Oyster plant is roasted; orange refuses are additionally dried by convective method; oyster plant and orange refuses are mixed at a weight ratio of 7:3; the produced mixture is cryomilled in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology. |
