METHOD FOR BLOCKING CYTOTOXIC EFFECT OF CLOSTRIDIUM DIFFICILE TOXINS

PURPOSE: A method for suppressing cytotoxic action of clostridium difficile toxin is provided to suppress deacetylation and to cytotoxic mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A method for suppressing interaction of clostridium difficile toxin in a cell is performed by controlling tubulin-deacetylation of cells. The cells are epithelial cells of large intestine. The suppression method is used for treating Pseudomembranous colitis, Crohn's disease, and Ulcerative colitis.
