The device has a tactile keyboard comprising keys and tension generating units for generating tension under the effect of mechanical deformation. An electronic signal processing interface detects pressing and/or releasing of the generation units and is awaken following to the pressing and/or releasing of the generation units. The generation units have piezoelectric elements mechanically associated to the keys of the tactile keyboard. An independent claim is also included for a tactile interfacing method.
