A PROCESS FOR PREPARING SOLAR SALT

PURPOSE: A producing method of bay salt using a color sorting machine is provided to obtain the high quality bay salt with the loss of minerals by removing foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bay salt using a color sorting machine comprises the following steps: storing salt collected from a salt farm in a salt storage tank for 4~10weeks for reducing the moisture content at 12~17w/w%; washing the bay salt with concentrated salt water for removing foreign materials; naturally dehydrating the washed bay salt by storing inside a ton bag for 2~4days; and heating the dehydrated bay salt for drying at 120~250deg C using a drier.
