<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle welding method which can be performed by automatic welding, and can perform efficiently work at a high-exposure amount. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle welding method includes: a build-up beveling process for forming a built-up bevel 21 by digging the inner surface 19 of a container into an approximately cylindrical shape in a range including at least a J-beveling 27; a build-up welding process for inserting into a nozzle hole 13, a plug 31 having a plug body 33 having an inside end face 37 forming an elongation part of the outside surface 29 of the built-up bevel 21 and a projection 35 projecting from the inside end face 37, and having approximately the same axial center as the built-up bevel 21 so that the inside end face 37 approximately agrees with the outside surface 29 of the built-up bevel 21, and for forming a built-up weld zone by build-up welding on the built-up bevel 21; a container side welding beveling part forming process for forming the J-beveling 27 on the built-up weld zone; and a nozzle fitting process for inserting the nozzle, and completing and welding the J-beveling 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
