METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MICRONEEDLE STAMPER

Microneedle sheets are manufactured by applying a needle raw material to a stamper wherein recessed sections are formed in a base material. It has not been easy to improve the sharpness of the recessed sections, i.e., the leading ends of the stamper. Provided is a stamper manufacturing method which has: a step of heating a sheet-like base material and an original plate having cone-shaped protrusions; a step of forming cone-shaped recessed sections in the base material by inserting the protrusions of the original plate into the base material; a step of cooling the original plate with the base material inserted therein; a step of removing the original plate from the base material; and a step of heating the base material.
