PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device for a vehicle, enabling contribution to further stabilizing the behavior of the vehicle by adjusting the operation mode of a first solenoid valve during controlling an anti-lock brake. SOLUTION: During ABS control, an ECU acquires actual WC pressure Pwc_r in a wheel cylinder in accordance with a detection signal from a pressure sensor and acquires estimated WC pressure Pwc_e in the wheel cylinder in accordance with the drive modes of a pressure intensifying valve and a pressure reducing valve. The ECU adjusts a command current valve Id to be supplied to the pressure intensifying valve (a eighth timing t18-a ninth timing t19) so that the actual WC pressure Pwc_r approximates the estimated WC pressure Pwc_e when there is a difference between the actual WC pressure Pwc_r and the estimated WC pressure Pwc_e.
