PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp reflector molding having excellent surface smoothness while having both heat resistance and rigidity. SOLUTION: The lamp reflector molding is manufactured through processes of: clamping molds consisting of a fixed mold part and a movable mold part; molding thermoplastic resin in a mold cavity; injecting in-mold coating composition into the cavity; curing the injected in-mold coating composition so as to be releasable; taking out an in-mold coated molding coated with the in-mold coating composition from the molds; and coating a part of the in-mold coated molding taken out of the molds with a metal film. In the lamp reflector molding, the thermoplastic resin contains 1-50 mass% of any one kind out of glass fiber, carbon fiber, inorganic whisker and non-fiber inorganic filler, and is made of any one of PEI resin, PPE resin, PPS resin, polyarylene sulfide resin, PC resin, PET resin, PBT resin, PA resin, PP resin, ABS resin, or alloys of these.
