PURPOSE: A display device is provided to prevent devices formed on a panel from being damaged by forming an electrode layer to distribute static electricity on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: An electrode layer(130) is formed on a substrate. A buffer layer is formed on the electrode layer. A display device(AA) is formed on the buffer layer. A scan wiring and a data wiring are connected to the display device. An electrode layer corresponds to the scan wiring and the data wiring.
