摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ceramic powders in which the ceramic powder, that is synthesized by heat-treating a blended raw material including Ba and Ti and has a perovskite crystal structure, high degree of calcination/synthesis and excellent properties, can be provided surely. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing ceramic powder, in which the ceramic powder having the perovskite crystal structure is synthesized by calcining the blended raw material including Ba and Ti at least, includes an evaluation step of heating the ceramic powder/raising the temperature thereof and measuring the rate of weight loss in a temperature range of 500&deg;C to 900&deg;C to evaluate the degree of synthesis of the ceramic powder by using the rate of weight loss. When the ceramic powder having the perovskite crystal structure is based on BaTiO<SB>3</SB>, the evaluation step is applied and the degree of synthesis is evaluated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
