PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismatic reinforcing structure of a building easily constructed with high work efficiency. SOLUTION: The aseismatic reinforcing structure 10 of the building for supporting and reinforcing a column of the building from the outdoor side, includes a reinforcing column 12 erected fixed to the ground on the outdoor side Se of the building H; an arm 14 with one end side fixed to the reinforcing column 12 and with the other end side laterally extended toward a column P of the building; and an engaging implement 58 fixed to the upper side or intermediate position of the column P of the building and projecting a connection part 60 with the other end side of the arm 14 to the outdoor side while penetrating a wall W. The engaging implement 58 includes a pair of engaging pieces fitted and assembled to the column P of the building from both lateral sides viewed from the outdoor side Se, and a fixing part provided on the outdoor side of the engaging pieces to fix the pair of assembled engaging pieces to each other.
