PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple party dress which can be easily put on or taken off even by a person who needs a wheelchair. SOLUTION: The simple party dress is formed as follows: dividing a party dress into two including the upper half body and the lower half body; applying a hook-and-loop fastener for fastening or unfastening the dress from the armpit to the hem, to the upper half body; and applying the hook-and-loop fastener for fastening or unfastening the back of a skirt to the lower half body.
