WORK SUPPORT SYSTEM, WORK SUPPORT METHOD, AND PROGRAM MAKING COMPUTER EXECUTE THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support smooth work by issuing an alert in accordance with progress management of a work to be implemented by cooperation of a plurality of workers.

SOLUTION: A work support system includes a database storing work information updated in accordance with progress of the work, and an alert means which extracts work information that satisfies an extraction condition from work information stored in the database on the basis of the extraction condition and issues an alert. The alert means issues a first alert to all workers belonging to a team corresponding to extracted work information, on the basis of team information which determines, for each work, teams comprising a plurality of workers engaging in a work.
