PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily calibrate a real opening converting characteristic in the field. SOLUTION: A driving shaft 2-3 is rotated in the closing direction till a stopper 4 abuts on a closing directional rotation regulating part 1-5, and output of a potentiometer 2-4 at that time is read in. Continuously, the driving shaft 2-3 is rotated in the opening direction till the stopper 4 abuts on an opening directional rotation regulating part 1-6, and output of the potentiometer 2-4 at that time is read in.
