PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinder protective cover, a grinder protective cover unit and a grinder, allowing the position of a blade tool and the processing state of a processing object member to be confirmed by visual observation, without causing melting damage by a spark. SOLUTION: This grinder protective cover 10 includes a first transparent resin wall part 11 forming a substantially disk shape and a second transparent resin wall part 12 forming a substantially cylindrical shape. A protective plate 48 is arranged in a part opposed to an inner surface 12A of a front part of the second wall part 12. The protective plate 48 is made of fire resistant metal having a thickness of about 1-2 mm, and is formed in a circular arc shape of a semicircle as a whole by curving a plate-like metallic plate of forming a slender and substantially rectangular shape. A cover engaging part 48A of the protective plate 48 is energized by a spring 13A in an engaging groove 13a, and the protective plate 48 can project downward more than the lower edge 12A of the grinder protective cover 10.
