In order that an image pickup lens, an image pickup module, a method for manufacturing an image pickup lens, and a method for manufacturing an image pickup module may be realized each of which makes it possible to realize a higher resolution of a periphery of a formed image, an image pickup lens of the present invention satisfies the following formulas (1)and (2): 0.080<d1/d2<0.22 (1); and d1′/d1<1.00 (2) where: d1 is a center thickness of the single lens; d1 is a thickness of a lateral side of the single lens; and d2 is a length in air between the image surface and a center of that surface of the single lens which faces the image surface.
