The present invention relates to GLP-1 analog fusions and to a composition for preventing or treating of diabetes containing the fusions as an active ingredient. The GLP-1 analog fusions according to the present invention are configured such that the N-terminal of GLP-1 is dilated by alanine (Ala) or glycine (Gly), and thus inhibit the decomposing activity of DPP-IV, and have resistance against DPP-IV and superior hypoglycemic effects. Accordingly, the GLP-1 analog fusions can be valuably used in preventing or treating of diabetes, in particular type 2 diabetes.
