<p>PURPOSE: An adaptive PWM controller for a multi phase LED driver is provided to reduce a power loss without a linear control. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LED strings(318a-318n) are connected to each channel. A voltage regulator generates an on output voltage in a plurality of LED strings. A first control logic unit generates a PWM control signal. A plurality of dimming circuits control luminous intensity in a plurality of LED strings.
