摘要 The device comprises at least three magnetic field sensors (12, 14, 16, 18) each delivering a magnetic field measurement, the sensors being distributed in two pairs of sensors (12 and 14; 16 and 18). The device further includes first subtraction means (24), for subtracting the measurements of the two sensors of the first pair, in order to obtain a first magnetic field gradient, and second subtraction means (26), for subtracting the measurements of the two sensors of the second pair, in order to obtain a second magnetic field gradient. The device is intended to be placed in a position of use in which the first gradient is due to a magnetic field of a magnetic field source (21) and to a magnetic field of the environment. The device further includes compensation means (28) configured, when the device is placed in its use position, to at least partly compensate, in the first magnetic field gradient, for the magnetic field of the environment, on the basis of the second magnetic field gradient.
