<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the visibility by prevent the increase of reflexibility due to the change of a refractive index of a touch screen panel. CONSTITUTION: In an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel(PNL) includes sub pixels which is interposed between first and second substrates. A touch panel includes a first transparent electrode, a spacer, a glass substrates, and a second transparent electrode. A sensor(TSC) senses location through the resistance change of the touch screen panel. A polarizer(POL) is located on the surface the touch screen panel. A protection sheet(ICS) is located on the polarizer.</p> |
