PURPOSE: A combination type cooling system for eliminating reaction heat of a fischer-tropsch slurry bubble column reactor is provided to separately control the side reaction temperature of the reactor. CONSTITUTION: A combination type cooling system for eliminating reaction heat of a fischer-tropsch slurry bubble column reactor comprises the following: a first latent heat cooling pipe(31) horizontally installed on the upper side of a reaction chamber of the reactor; a second latent heat cooling pipe(32) horizontally installed on an insertion chamber(26) of the reactor; plural third latent heat cooling pipes(33) vertically connecting the first and second latent heat cooling pipes; inner tubes(40) installed in the inside of the latent heat cooling pipes; and a cooling pipe(50).
