PRODUCING PROCESS FOR SEED CULTURE OF CHAMSONG-I AND LENTINUS EDODES USING LIQUID MEDIUM FOR MASS PRODUCTION OF ITS FRUIT BODY

摘要

PURPOSE: A producing method of liquid spawn for obtaining fruit bodies of chamsong-i(new breed of lentinus edodes) and lentinus edodes is provided to economically and effectively mass-produce the liquid spawn. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of liquid spawn for obtaining fruit bodies of chamsong-i(new breed of lentinus edodes) and lentinus edodes comprises the following steps: examining the physiological properties of the chamsong-i and the lentinus edodes; controlling the pH of selected media into 4~5, and cultivating the chamsong-i and the lentinus edodes for 15days; and detecting the growth speed of mycelium for determining the proper inoculum dose.
