PURPOSE: A storage shelf assembly and a refrigerator therewith are provided to enable a user to conveniently store food stuffs by installing a storage shelf to be ascended and descended. CONSTITUTION: A storage shelf assembly comprises a main body(1), a storage shelf(100), and a shelf holder(200). The main body has a storage chamber(2). The storage shelf is slidably arranged on the storage chamber and is ejected toward the inlet of the storage chamber to be ascended and descended. The shelf holder slidably arranged in the storage chamber and is slidably supports the storage shelf.
