CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotube use a single-walled carbon nanotube, a double-walled carbon nanotube, and a multi-walled carbon nanotube. A low molecular dispersant uses a negative ion surfactant and a positive ion surface surfactant. The water is used as a solvent to disperse the carbon nanotube and the low molecular dispersant The carbon nanotube dispersant contains the carbon nanotube of 0.0001-0.2 weight%.
