PURPOSE: A producing method of high quality Korean beef is provided to improve the quality of the Korean beef by feeding total mixed feed containing mulberry silage to cows. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of high quality Korean beef comprises a step of feeding cows with total mixed feed. The total mixed feed contains 100 parts of feed composition by weight, 30~60parts of mulberry silage by weight, 5~15parts of corn gluten feed by weight, 5~15parts of corn flour by weight, 2~8parts of whole-crop barley by weight, 2~8parts of distilled and dried corn grains by weight, 2~8parts of corn flakes by weight, 2~8parts of beet pulp by weight, 2~8parts of corn stalk pellet by weight, and 2~8parts of molasses.
