PURPOSE: An oil collecting apparatus is provided to collect oil in the mixed air produced during cooking using water umbrella and discharge oil-removed air. CONSTITUTION: An oil collecting apparatus comprises a water umbrella collector case(20), a collecting effect generating unit(50), and a water umbrella collector(60). The water umbrella collector comprises a water umbrella pump which supplies water stored in the water umbrella collector case to the collecting effect generating unit, a water umbrella supply pipe through which the water supplied from the water umbrella pump flows to the collecting effect generating unit, and a water umbrella nozzle which forms the water flowing through the water umbrella supply pipe into a water umbrella shape.
