PURPOSE: A submerging type structure for breeding abalone and submarine breeding farm using the same are provided to maximize convenience of breeding by installing a plurality of structures in the bottom of the sea. CONSTITUTION: A submarine breeding farm comprises a main body(40), vertical pipe bodies(10A,10B), partition wall bodies(20A,20B), and a connection wall body(30). The main body is equipped with a vertical pipe body, a partition wall body, and a connection wall body. In the circumference of the arc wall(10R) and both side walls(10S) of the main body, a groove is formed at the constant interval. A slot hole(10L) is formed between grooves(A).
