A syringe needle assembly configured in such a manner that a needle tube and a needle hub are molded integrally with each other by insert molding while the needle tube is reliably supported and affixed by a chuck member. A syringe needle assembly is provided with a needle tube (5) which has a needle tip (5A) capable of being inserted into a living body, and with a needle hub (6) which holds the needle tube (5) with the needle tip (5A) of the needle tube (5) made to protrude and which has formed therein a holding hole (26) through which a chuck member is inserted, the chuck member supporting and affixing the peripheral surface of the needle tube (5) in an insert molding operation.
